The concept of The Taiwan Contract Service Center is based on "Literati's Room" and the tradition of tea pavilion. When computer typing replaced traditional handwriting, the art of writing gradually lost its attraction. In our time, only real estate transaction document still maintain this old tradition. Designer transform four element that are the instrument of Chinese ink writing art into four space in the center.

台灣房屋尊榮簽約中心的設計概念乃以「文廳」構築空間，「茶坊」為待客之道，「文房四寶」體現誠信。古代的文房乃官府掌文書之地，在大廳天花板既有樑柱的四周圍繞出書庫，陳列展示台灣房屋過去歷史與獎座，並以「天圓地方」的思想在文廳前方建構了一座圓形茶坊。將中華文化獨有的書寫工具依序轉化為筆房、墨房、紙房、硯房四間風格各異的簽約室，象徵簽約時對書寫文字的誠信與盛重。
